Jabil Switzerland in Grenchen is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Portfolio Supervisor to lead the Project Management team and manage the site project portfolio, aligning with business priorities and delivering on milestones.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, 5–7 years in manufacturing/engineering and at least 3 years in leadership, strong stakeholder management and risk governance, proficiency in MS Office and PM tools, PMP is desirable.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• 5–7 years in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or project/portfolio management.
• At least 3 years in supervisory or people-leadership roles.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, risk governance and reporting skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and project/portfolio software; PMP desirable.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop the Project Management team, balancing workloads, building capabilities, and aligning performance with business priorities.
• Oversee and prioritize the Grenchen site project portfolio for customer introductions, new product introductions, product transfers, industrialization, and related manufacturing engineering projects.
• Ensure projects are clearly scoped, planned, governed, and delivered with defined milestones, owners, risks, escalation paths, budgets, and deliverables.
• Align portfolio priorities, resources, capacity, and risks with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Units, and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor portfolio performance, lead regular portfolio reviews, and resolve or eliminate resource conflicts, schedule deviations, launch-readiness concerns, and cross-functional issues.
