Zusammenfassung

Helvetic Airways AG is seeking a Stores Coordinator for the Part 145 Line maintenance stores team at Zurich Airport. The role covers 24/7 management, control and storage of material and component leased or owned by the airline.

You will report to the Head of Stores and work shifts including nights and weekends. Responsibilities include daily operational tasks in technical stores and logistics, receiving and inspecting aircraft parts, and maintaining accurate inventory in AMOS, while ensuring

Qualifikationen

• Candidates must have secondary school education or equivalent.
• Experience in aviation stores, logistics, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office); experience with AMOS is beneficial.
• Good command of English.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Eligible to obtain a Zurich Airport security pass (clean criminal record).
• Physically fit and able to perform operational tasks.
• Willing to work shifts including nights and weekends.
• Ability to work independently in a structured and reliable manner.

• Record and maintain inventory data in the AMOS maintenance management system. Ensure proper handling and storage of parts subject to shelf life, calibration, environmental, and lifelimit controls.
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory control activities.
• Manage line station stores and quarantine stock when required.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and clean working environment within the stores area.

The Stores Coordinator, within the Helvetic Airways Part 145 Line maintenance stores department team, is responsible for the 24/7 management, control and storage of material and component leased or owned by Helvetic Airways AG. The Stores Coordinator reports directly to the Head of Stores and is required to perform shift work that includes night work and weekends.
