AMAC Aerospace Switzerland AG is seeking a Leader Cabin Mechanic to oversee cabin installation, modification and removal on VIP aircraft. You will lead a small team, ensure compliance with airworthiness standards and procedures, and mentor junior mechanics in a demanding Basel environment.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in cabin mechanics, strong English, and preference for French or German. Proficiency in MS Office and a flexible, solution-oriented mindset are essential for timely

Qualifikationen

• Mechanic and technical qualification, experience in business VIP Aviation.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in cabin mechanics.
• First leading experience would be an advantage.
• Good English skills to read and understand technical documentation; French or German would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Flexibility and solution-oriented mindset in a dynamic environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate cabin installation, modification, and removal activities in compliance with approved data and supervisor directives
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with airworthiness standards, company procedures, and VIP quality expectations
• Monitor and enforce strict compliance with work sign-off procedures, tool control, and documentation requirements
• Manage team workload, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery in line with demanding schedules
• Identify, report, and follow up on non-conformities while maintaining the highest quality standards
• Act as a technical reference within the team, supporting and mentoring junior mechanics
• Ensure full compliance with Part-145 regulations, including inspections, torque application, locking devices, sealing, inserts installation, and EWIS requirements
• Interpret and apply technical documentation such as task cards, engineering drawings, and maintenance manuals
• Ensure proper handling of aeronautical materials and optimal use of tools and equipment
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the cabin work environment

Job Description

Your daily tasks & responsibilities
