ALO is seeking an Operations & Visual Manager to lead both store operations and visual standards. You will partner with the General Manager to manage inventory, labor planning and scheduling, and performance-based merchandising.

This full-time role emphasizes execution, guest readiness, and cohesive team leadership. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in retail leadership, strong MS Office skills, and a proactive mindset aligned with ALO’s values.

Formación

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Agile with ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Driven by growing business in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and escalate gaps with the General Manager.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor using performance data.
• Coordinate labor hours to efficiently receive product deliveries while ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
