Job summary

Dollar General Corporation is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to help maintain a clean, organized store and focus on customer-first service. You will assist customers, handle cash, stock shelves, stock displays, and help protect company assets under the Store Manager's guidance.

You will lead in the absence of store leadership and perform duties typical of a Sales Associate, supporting profitability and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months supervisory experience or related training preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
