Job summary

EWC Growth LLC is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager (ACSM) to lead a fast-paced guest-centric team and deliver outstanding service.

As a Center Leadership Team member, you’ll coach front-of-house staff, drive sales, and ensure smooth operations while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that invites guests to return. You’ll manage scheduling, payroll support, and contribute to local marketing efforts while enjoying hourly pay and strong earning potential through commissions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience in fast-paced customer-facing environments.
• Experience with POS and scheduling systems; Zenoti preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication, and sales mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Coach and onboard new team members and manage scheduling.
• Drive sales, achieve KPIs, and grow guest loyalty.
• Oversee center operations, payments, and inventory processes.
