Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Manager to lead the Sales & Service team and guest experience strategy in-store. This role partners with the General Manager to drive sales, service excellence, and talent development while upholding ALO's guiding principles.

The position requires leadership experience in retail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. ALO emphasizes inclusion and flexible recruitment practices.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience within retail or related industry.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Highly Motivated by driving business in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Business owner mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability.

• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales & Service team to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the floor.
• Develop workforce solutions and lead selling initiatives to ensure floor coverage.
• Partner with the General Manager to build and implement Sales & Service strategy.
• Represent the business in meetings and support budget and metrics review.
• Drive continuous coaching and talent development across the team.
• Ensure the team communicates the brand and mission effectively to visitors.
