Zusammenfassung

Lonza is seeking a hands-on manufacturing leader for our Stein, AG site to oversee vial filling and lyophilisation operations in a GMP environment.

You will lead an autonomous team, drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery while collaborating with Engineering, Supply Chain, MSAT, and Quality to meet production targets. Fluent German is required, with English as a plus, and a strong track record in aseptic fill & finish preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong people and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent German; English skills considered an advantage.
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment valued.
• Experience with aseptic fill & finish operations, particularly vials and lyophilisation, is a strong advantage.

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of operators and line mechanics.
• Drive the safe, compliant, and efficient execution of vial filling and lyophilisation operations.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, MSAT, Quality, and other stakeholders.
• Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Balance a visible presence on the manufacturing floor with strategic planning responsibilities.
