• Proven team leadership experience in MSAT/manufacturing environments.
• Strong resilience with ability to lead under pressure.
• Expertise in sterile fill-finish manufacturing.
• Experience with technology transfer and process implementation.
• Knowledge of lyophilization and/or ADCs is a strong advantage.
• Fully site-based role requiring close collaboration and operational excellence.

Aufgaben

• Lead MSAT team through CAPEX ramp-up and PPQ execution.
• Oversee aseptic process simulations (media fills) and PQs.
• Coordinate technology transfers and inspection readiness.
• Ensure readiness for regulatory inspections and audits.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to set strategic priorities.
• Develop MSAT standards, processes, and lifecycle management.
• Serve as deputy to the Head of Drug Product Operations Stein.
