Lonza in Stein, AG, Switzerland, is seeking a hands-on manufacturing leader to direct a high‑performing team on vial filling & lyophilisation lines. You will coach a team, ensure GMP compliance, and manage stakeholders across Engineering, Supply Chain, MSAT and Quality in a fast-paced environment.

The role is site-based, emphasizing real‑time collaboration and precise manufacturing of medicines to the highest quality and safety standards. Fluent German is required; English is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in GMP‑regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• Fluent German; English is a plus.
• Experience with aseptic fill & finish operations is a strong advantage.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead and inspire a high‑performing team of operators and line mechanics.
• Drive safe, compliant, and efficient vial filling and lyophilisation operations.
• Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, MSAT, Quality and other stakeholders.
• Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Balance hands-on leadership with strategic planning on the manufacturing floor.
