Zusammenfassung

Lonza in Visp, Switzerland is seeking a Subject Matter Expert for Drug Product operations who will provide frontline technical and procedural support on the shop floor, driving process improvements and ensuring batch integrity under cGMP guidelines.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, engineers and QA to resolve issues, document production activities and lead CAPAs and investigations. Fluency in English is required; German is an advantage, and flexible hours may be needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor / Master Degree preferred in Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy or equivalent.
• 3-5 years experience in Sterile Manufacturing operations; QA experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Familiar with GMP, SOPs, deviations/investigations.

Aufgaben

• Executes manufacturing activities in Drug Product per cGMP; ensures batch execution and data review.
• Provides front line technical and procedural support with manufacturing, engineers and QA.
• Secure batches on time, compliant with instructions and quality requirements.
• Prepare and review electronic batch records and other GMP documents.
• Drive optimization projects for manufacturing processes.
• Owns investigations and deviations; supports CAPAs and timelines.
• Lead process changes and CAPA effectiveness checks in GMP systems.
• Serve as SME to other departments and perform training.
