Lonza in Stein, AG, Switzerland is seeking a dedicated specialist to lead aseptic compounding processes, provide hands-on operator support, and drive deviations and investigations. You will execute and support validation activities, maintain GMP documentation, and keep facilities inspection-ready in a sterile manufacturing setting.

The role requires a BSc/MSc in Life Sciences, strong GMP experience, fluent English, and conversational German (B1).

• Hands-on experience in GMP-regulated aseptic/sterile manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of quality, compliance and documentation requirements.

Aufgaben

• Lead and continuously improve aseptic compounding processes with GMP manufacturing experience.
• Provide hands-on technical support to operators and drive deviations, investigations and corrective actions.
• Execute validation and qualification activities and maintain GMP documentation.
• Maintain inspection-ready equipment and support audits in sterile manufacturing environments.
