Nexthink is seeking a Staff Java Engineer to design, build and operate large-scale distributed services that process billions of events in a hybrid work environment. You will contribute to cloud-native architectures, improve data platforms, and collaborate across product, architecture and DevOps teams to ensure high availability and performance.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in SaaS Java development, strong microservices experience (Spring/Micronaut), Kafka expertise, and solid cloud, testing

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience as a Java developer in SaaS projects.
• Strong experience with Microservices frameworks (Spring, Micronaut).
• Expertise with messaging systems like Kafka.
• Experience with AWS or another cloud provider.
• Familiar with unit, integration and E2E tests.
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated, organized and solutions-focused.
• Professional-level English spoken and written.

Aufgaben

• Design, build and deliver large-scale distributed services processing billions of events.
• Collaborate with Product Management and engineering to maintain high quality.
• Work with architects to design scalable solutions.
• Contribute to the technology roadmap and DevOps practices.
• Promote best practices and ensure system reliability and performance.
• Handle L3 support requests with the team.
• Participate actively in an agile, iterative environment.
