Nexthink, the leader in digital employee experience management, is seeking a Staff Java Engineer in Lausanne to design, build and operate large-scale distributed services processing billions of events using cloud-native patterns. You will contribute to reliability, scalability and performance across platforms.

You will shape the technology roadmap, mentor teams and drive data platform improvements, requiring 10+ years of Java SaaS experience, strong microservices skills, Kafka, AWS, and CI/CD

Qualifikationen

10+ years of Java experience in SaaS.
Strong microservices experience with modern frameworks.
Experience with Kafka and streaming/distributed caches a plus.
Cloud (AWS) experience and containerized deployments.
Proficient in unit/integration/e2e testing, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.

Aufgaben

Design, build and operate large-scale distributed services processing billions of events.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure high quality and reliability.
Contribute to architecture, roadmaps and performance improvements.
Lead and support L3 issues and promote engineering best practices.
