Job summary

UEFA Events SA in Nyon is seeking a Ticketing Venue Configuration Assistant to help create and maintain stadium seating plans within the ticketing system. The role supports fair seat allocation for UEFA national team tournaments, club finals, and the UEFA Super Cup.

Located in Nyon with hybrid work (WFH up to one day per week), the start date is 01/03/2027 and end date 31/08/2028. The position requires 1–3 years in ticketing or related areas, a Bachelor's degree in management or a related field,

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years in ticketing or a related area.
• Bachelor's in management, business administration or other relevant field.
• Fluent in English.
• Relocation to Switzerland/France is expected.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Attention to detail and structured working method.
• Ability to work under time pressure without compromising quality.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Ability to work in an international environment.
• CAD (AutoCad) knowledge would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Helping to produce and update stadium seating plans in the ticketing system
• Performing thorough seat checks at the stadiums
• Helping to manage and update seat allocations in the ticketing system
• Supporting the management of ticket quotas across the different target groups
• Ensuring a complete, accurate and consistent ticketing inventory for all stadiums
• Preparing and updating stadium bowl configuration documentation to serve as a reference for internal team projects and related activities
• Helping to present seating plans and stadium configurations to internal and external stakeholders
• Liaising with the relevant staff internally and at the stadiums to manage ticketing venue configuration adjustments during the final stages of stadium readiness
• Assisting with on-site operations relating to the stadium bowl or other areas, if required
• Supporting general ticketing operations as required
