Job summary

INTERSPORT International in Bern invites motivated students or recent graduates to join the Sportstyle & Young Athletes category team. You will assist with day-to-day merchandising, seasonal assortment planning, and data-driven insights to support brand and product decisions that drive global success.

You will analyze portfolios and performance, help prepare reviews, and collaborate across Buying, Marketing, Retail and Analytics. Fluency in English and a passion for sportstyle are required.

Qualifications

• Open to university students or recent grads in related fields.
• Strong interest in sportstyle and consumer trends.
• Good command of English; comfortable with data and dashboards.
• Analytical with detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day merchandising activities for Sportstyle & Young Athletes.
• Assist in seasonal assortment planning and product range development.
• Analyze brand portfolios, product performance and assortment productivity.
• Prepare category reviews, performance reports and market insights.
• Support sell-in and sell-out analysis using internal reporting tools and databases.
• Contribute to product benchmarking and trend monitoring across key brands.
• Assist in meeting preparation and presentation creation.
• Collaborate with Buying, Marketing, Retail and Data & Analytics teams.
• Maintain category planning tools and databases.
• Support project follow-up and seasonal execution.
