Job summary

Red Bull in Switzerland is seeking a Sport Marketing Event Specialist to develop partnerships, grow our presence in core sports, and activate the brand across the region.

You will own the Event Car Program, coordinate activations, manage budgets, and collaborate with partners, communities and stakeholders to deliver authentic experiences. Willingness to travel and weekend work expected; fluent in German, English, and French.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience within sports marketing, event management, agencies, sports organizations, associations or related industries.
• Fluent in German; comfortable communicating in English and French.
• Strong network in Skate, Bike and Freestyle Snow communities in Switzerland.
• Travel frequently within Switzerland and work on weekends.
• Structured, organized, and able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic opportunities that strengthen Red Bull's presence and credibility within the core sports landscape.
• Work closely with event organizers, associations, communities and other key partners from initial conversation to successful implementation.
• Own the Event Car Program in Switzerland, developing activation concepts and coordinating deployments and logistics.
• Contribute to new event formats and community-driven projects, support business planning, and prepare presentations and reports.
