Job summary

Kontoor Brands, Inc. in Geneva, Switzerland is seeking a Merchandising Intern to support the merchandising team in building a consumer-focused product offering aligned with the brand strategy.

You will assist with seasonal briefings, data entry, sales analysis and market research, gaining hands-on experience across the product development cycle. The role requires a Bachelor’s in business-related field, fluency in English, strong MS Office skills and an interest in fashion and apparel trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Business, Marketing, Economics, etc.
• Fluent in English (written & verbal).
• Strong understanding of apparel market and market trends.
• Proficient MS Office, Power BI a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work under pressure and set priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support Merchandising Manager in preparing seasonal product briefings for Global Merchandising, Design and Development teams.
• Actively participate in milestone meetings and data-entry for product setups.
• Monitor business performance (sell-in, pre-book, at once) and assist forecasting.
• Conduct consumer/market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist with analysis of past sales to anticipate future product needs, including accessories development.
• Manage sample sets, follow deliveries, coordinate photo shoots and shipments.
• Create sell-in and product presentation tools for seasonal launches and buy-ins.
