Globus Medical seeks a Territory Manager to sell implant products and related services to hospitals within an assigned region. You will build strong relationships with surgeons and hospital decision-makers, applying a consultative sales approach to drive adoption and growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of the operating room environment.
• Preferred spinal device sales experience.
• Strong technical understanding of human anatomy and basic medical procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Consulting and coaching mindset with high service orientation.
• Independent, reliable and proactive work style.
• High integrity, ethics and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel, including overnights/weekends.
• Driver’s license is required.
• Fluency in German and English; French a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Market Globus Medical products in the assigned area using a consultative sales approach.
• Provide neuromonitoring support during surgeries per policy.
• Educate and train doctors and OR staff on product indications and usage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (robotics, imaging, navigation) to maximize opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date market knowledge and monitor competitors.
• Represent the company professionally and ethically.
