inMy Jet is seeking a Specialist Flight Care in Zürich to own the charter flight execution cycle from booking through flight completion and follow-up. You will ensure exceptional client experiences while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

You will drive satisfaction, manage post-booking activities, and build strong relationships with charter accounts, supporting market growth and representing the brand at industry events.

Formación

• High school or business school degree; further education is a plus.
• Strong customer orientation for externally and internally facing interactions.
• Willingness to work shift patterns and handle dynamic schedules.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Spanish is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence and premium experiences.
• Manage post-booking charter process end-to-end: booking, catering, lodging, flight monitoring, invoicing, post-flight follow-up.
• Deliver premium customer service at every touchpoint to build trust and exceed expectations.
• Manage and grow assigned charter customer accounts, maintaining relationships and repeating business.
• Support market development and strategic growth with the Director of Charter Sales.
• Represent Jet Aviation at industry events and uphold global standards.
• Utilize AVINODE, Salesforce and LEON for budgeting and operations.
