Strong attention to detail and quality are essential to deliver exceptional service. Candidates should have freight forwarding training, several years in import air freight, and fluency in English and German, with MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Completed training in freight forwarding.

• Several years of experience in commercial import air freight.

Overview

Join our team in Zurich as a Specialist Air Import and ensure smooth, compliant operations for our customers. In this role, you’ll implement and maintain customer-specific work processes and procedures while managing assigned administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Entry of shipments and processing of import orders
• Supporting and advising the customers and agents

• Ensuring and processing billing to customers
• Processing of special orders, as well as complaints
• Preparation of delivery bills, customs documents, etc.

Qualifications

• several years of professional experience in the commercial area of import air freight
