Job summary

Kempinski Hotels in St. Moritz is seeking a motivated pool/sauna attendant to join our spa team for the winter season 2026/2027. You will contribute to a premium guest experience in a luxury environment.

You should hold completed pool/sauna attendant training with initial experience, be fluent in German and English, and demonstrate teamwork, cleanliness and a high level of service quality. Live and work in the Engadin, with staff facilities and meals provided.

Qualifications

• Completed training as pool/sauna attendant and initial experience in a similar role.
• Experience in cleaning and maintaining pool and sauna areas.
• Good team orientation and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong focus on hygiene, safety and high quality.

Job Requirements

• Completed training as a pool attendant / sauna attendant as well as initial professional experience in a similar position
• Experience in cleaning and maintaining the pool and sauna area
• Great interest in team-oriented work
• Ability to work under pressure, professional competence, cleanliness and a very high level of quality awareness
• Structured and organised way of working
• Guest-oriented work
• Good knowledge of German and English, any other language is an advantage
