Job summary

The World Economic Forum Geneva is seeking an Account Analyst, South Asia, to support Account Managers and enhance partner engagement across Forum activities. The role centers on operations, data quality, and efficient day-to-day administration with a strong focus on process excellence.

You will report to the Director, India and South Asia. Responsibilities include onboarding partners, coordinating events, maintaining data integrity, managing contracts and invoices, and supporting regional

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management or related field.
1+ years full-time experience in business development or relationship management.
Experience with sales cycle management, account management, and market research.
Excellent stakeholder communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Facilitate onboarding for Partners in collaboration with Account Managers and prepare documents.
Track event registrations and manage logistics, including nominations and briefings.
Maintain accurate account data and address Salesforce issues.
Assist with contract and invoice management, monitor overdue invoices.
Support Director of the Region with team operations and special projects.
