Global Roles in Geneva seeks an Account Manager for the Middle East and North Africa to manage a portfolio of Partner accounts, engaging executives in the Forum’s events, initiatives and communities. You will build trusted relationships with senior Partner representatives and develop tailored engagement strategies to strengthen partnerships.

Formación

• Bachelore20s degree in Business, Economics, Management or a related field.
• 4+ years of full-time experience in business development or relationship management in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience with sales cycle management and market research is required.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior Partner representatives; lead regular engagement with Partners to understand their strategic priorities; collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless Partner experience.
• Engage partners in relevant industry work.
• Monitor Partner engagement, business developments and overall account health to identify opportunities for partnership growth and retention strategies.
• Develop tailored engagement plans and identify opportunities for executive participation and speaking roles.
• Coordinate Partner activities with Industry, Regional, Centre, Event, Finance and Partner Development teams to ensure high-quality execution across the Partner lifecycle.
