Success requires deep APAC business understanding, geopolitical insight, and the ability to translate macro trends into value for Forum partners. Travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree and 15+ years of experience in business development, strategic engagement or stakeholder management.
• Deep knowledge of Asia Pacific business landscape and C-suite relationship-building.
• Track record in converting opportunities into long-term Forum partnerships.
• Experience leading regional teams and managing budgets and governance.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Forum's partnership strategy and commercial growth across Asia Pacific.
• Build and develop a high-performing regional business team and deliver against KPIs including partner acquisition and retention.
• Cultivate relationships with CEOs, Chairs and senior executives to maximize engagement value.
• Drive business development across industries by developing a strong pipeline and converting opportunities into partnerships.
• Oversee regional planning, portfolio performance and resource allocation with disciplined governance.
