Risklick is seeking a proactive Solution Consultant to join our Bern team. You will bridge clients and product, delivering engaging demos, onboarding new users, and tailoring Protocol AI to client workflows.

The role emphasizes fast learning, clear communication, and hands-on configuration across clinical research software. Collaboration with product/engineering will shape onboarding and customization efforts, including translating client feedback into product improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s in Life Sciences or related field.
• Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable with software tools and willingness to get hands-on with configuration tasks.
• Experience working with clinical research software is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of clinical trial protocols or regulatory documentation is a plus.
• Experience delivering training is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Conduct product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients
• Conduct onboarding and training activities for new clients
• Understand client workflows and requirements to guide solution design
• Implement and configure client-specific templates and settings
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to support onboarding and customizations
• Translate client feedback into actionable improvements for the platform
