Risklick in Bern is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Scientist to shape and advance the AI-powered Protocol AI platform within a fast-growing Swiss company. You will contribute to scientific roadmaps, design logic, and regulatory-aligned protocols while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to deliver high-quality, data-driven study design solutions.

The role also involves staying current with biomedical developments and representing Risklick at scientific events as the company

Qualifikationen

• Degree in scientific/life-sciences field; PharmD or MD preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability; able to evaluate scientific inputs and propose improvements.
• Comfortable using AI-enabled tools in scientific/clinical contexts.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to the scientific roadmap for Protocol AI and ensure outputs reflect current best practices.
• Develop and enhance scientific methodologies, structured authoring principles, and trial design logic.
• Monitor scientific, biomedical, and regulatory developments to keep Protocol AI robust and aligned with standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to ensure scientific accuracy and high-quality feature development.
• Serve as the primary scientific/medical escalation point for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Support onboarding, pilots, and enterprise implementations with scientific guidance.
• Represent Risklick in conferences, panels, and scientific working groups.
• Contribute to publications, white papers, and educational content promoting digital-first protocol development.
