You will apply solid-state expertise and analytical insight to drive continuous improvements and evaluate new technologies that impact API production and process development.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s or PhD in Chemical Engineering with focus on crystallization or solid form technologies.
• Experience in R&D, Process Development, MSAT, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong solid form development knowledge and scale-up experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and data-driven decision making.

Aufgaben

• Lead development, scale-up, and optimization of crystallization, filtration, drying, and milling processes.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing through troubleshooting and process improvements.
• Plan and supervise laboratory and process development studies for production and tech transfer.
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and present results to stakeholders.
• Ensure knowledge transfer between customers, development and manufacturing during product implementation.
• Provide scientific expertise to cross-functional teams and external projects.
