Zusammenfassung

Lonza in Stein, Switzerland, is seeking a Process Expert to lead technical troubleshooting on an aseptic filling and lyophilization line. You will drive process improvements, train operators, manage deviations, and shape a new line from PQ through Swissmedic approval with significant autonomy.

You will collaborate with MSAT, QA and Engineering, ensuring cleanroom discipline and compliance across the line during a dynamic project phase. English proficiency is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or equivalent in Life Science or Engineering.
• Proven experience in aseptic filling or aseptic manufacturing in GMP environment.
• Experience with lyophilization is highly preferred; Proficiency in English is a must.

• Ensure the production line runs efficiently and effectively.
• Coordinate and support qualification of the manufacturing line to meet standards.
• Identify weaknesses and determine solutions to fix or investigate issues.
• Establish, drive and maintain cleanroom management practices.
• Collaborate with MSAT, QA, Engineering to implement improvements and new processes.
