The role requires advanced degrees in chemical engineering or related fields, with strong experience in solid form

Qualifikationen

• Master's or PhD in Chemical Engineering or related field with focus on crystallization, filtration, drying, or solid form tech.
• Experience in R&D, process development, MSAT, or manufacturing in pharma or chemical industry.
• Strong solid form development expertise and understanding of scale-up.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support new product introductions as well as development, optimization, and scale-up of crystallization, filtration, drying, and milling processes.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing operations through troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Plan, execute, and supervise lab and process development studies for production and tech transfer.
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and present results to stakeholders.
• Ensure knowledge transfer between customers, development teams and manufacturing.
• Provide scientific expertise to cross-functional teams and external collaborations.
