Job summary

The Insel Gruppe in Bern, Switzerland, offers a fully funded research position that combines molecular biology, analytical chemistry and computational biology within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary project.

The successful candidate will hold a Master’s degree in biochemistry, systems biology or analytical chemistry, with solid mass spectrometry experience, and contribute to pre-clinical models and clinical studies at a leading Swiss hospital research environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in biochemistry, systems biology or analytical chemistry.
• Experience with mass spectrometry is essential; knowledge of mass spectrometry imaging is a plus.
• Highly organized and capable of working both independently and within a team.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential.

Your Profile

• Experience working with mass spectrometry is essential and knowledge of working with mass spectrometry imaging in plus
• Highly organized and capable of working both independently and within the team
• Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as fluency in both spoken and written English is essential
