Zusammenfassung

Low Pressure Studio is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to manage first responses to inquiries, oversee live chat and phone lines, and assist with order processing and returns across ecommerce platforms. You will develop product knowledge across Bataleon, Rome and Nidecker and work closely with the international team to ensure accurate information and timely resolutions.

You will document interactions in Gorgias and update backends in Shopify and NetSuite, while supporting

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years Customer Service experience in winter sports or related field.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Detail oriented with the ability to juggle multiple requests.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP system and proficiency in Excel a major plus.
• Flexible schedule to meet increased demand during peak season.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Passion for snowboarding and positive ambassador for the brands in the snowboard industry.

Aufgaben

• Lead customer inquiries and respond quickly to minimize response times.
• Oversee website live chat and phone lines to create real-time conversations with customers.
• Assist with order processing, returns and inventory management across the ecommerce stack.
• Provide accurate information about products, orders, shipping, returns, and pro-forma applications.
• Assist customers with placing orders, modifications, and processing returns or exchanges; coordinate with warehouse.
• Investigate customer complaints and escalate to the Customer Experience Lead as needed.
• Develop knowledge of Bataleon, Rome and Nidecker products; stay updated on releases and promotions.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the Customer Experience Lead.
• Maintain documentation in Gorgias and update Shopify and NetSuite backends; collaborate with international team.
