Qualifikationen

• Experience leading site-level portfolios or PMOs
• Strong analytical capability to manage risks, dependencies and benefits
• Proficient in English and German with excellent communication

Aufgaben

• Lead site portfolio governance including project intake, validation and prioritization
• Maintain an integrated site portfolio for local initiatives and global projects
• Provide timely visibility of status, milestones, financials, resource demand and risks
• Coordinate resource planning and ensure adherence to governance standards
• Coach sponsors and managers on portfolio processes and improve PMO practices
• Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes and reporting
