Job summary

Source Group International seeks an experienced PMO Lead to establish and mature a PMO within a complex business environment in Visp, Switzerland. This hands-on role designs the PMO operating model, governance, portfolio processes, and reporting structures to support strategic objectives.

You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance to drive governance, stage-gate controls, and unified portfolio visibility with dashboards, KPIs and performance

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading, building, or transforming a PMO.
• Strong background in portfolio governance and project controls.
• Experience implementing PMO operating models and org frameworks.
• Expertise in portfolio reporting and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the PMO Target Operating Model.
• Establish governance frameworks and stage-gate controls.
• Lead portfolio planning, prioritisation and governance.
• Implement RAID, risk, change control and financial tracking.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI frameworks and reporting standards.
• Create integrated portfolio visibility across projects, resources and costs.
• Drive PMO maturity and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions.
• Define PMO standards, methodologies, templates, and ways of working.
