Major Manufacturing, Inc. in Switzerland (Zurich or Zug) seeks an Accountant/Controller for a hybrid role. You will oversee financial accounting and controlling across international entities, driving forecasting, budgeting, and commercial insights within a transforming finance function.

The ideal candidate has several years of accounting experience, IFRS and local GAAP knowledge, SAP experience, and fluent German and English, in a global corporate setting.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of accounting experience with exposure to controlling or management accounting.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.
• Experience with SAP or another major ERP system.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze financial data.

Aufgaben

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and fixed assets.
• Support external reporting and work with auditors.
• Analyze P&L, costs, margins and variances; provide actionable insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning.
• Collaborate with international finance teams and drive process improvements.
• Support digitalisation and automation initiatives.
