Job summary

Roche seeks a Senior Site Data Operations Lead to act as the strategic SPoC for site-level data initiatives, linking site operations with global data products. You will champion governance, data readiness, and the data product roadmap across manufacturing sites.

The role requires 10+ years in enterprise data leadership, expertise in data mesh and governance, and strong executive-level stakeholder skills to drive global alignment and scalable data flows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years in enterprise data leadership and strategy.
• Experience delivering global data analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic SPoC, leading site-level engagements with global data teams.
• Define and align requirements for enterprise data products with senior leadership.
• Oversee data readiness and governance across source systems.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to enable scalable data flows.
• Drive end-to-end visibility of the site’s data landscape.
• Ensure adherence to global data standards and frameworks.
