Job summary

Roche is seeking a Data Connectivity Lead to steer the Data Capability within Research and Early Development. You will shape data governance, FAIRification and compliance while guiding a team of experts to enable accessible, trustworthy data for pRED and gRED worldwide.

You will influence strategy, manage senior stakeholders, and champion data as a strategic asset to accelerate drug portfolio decisions. Basel-based role with global impact and opportunities to drive innovation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a scientific or technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in Pharma, Diagnostics or related R&D data environment.
• Experience leading complex data initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of data privacy, security, quality and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership for Data Connectivity within the Data capability.
• Lead a world-class team of data modelers, architects and governance experts focusing on FAIR data.
• Define OKRs and drive modernization, data enrichment, and governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with pRED/gRED and other stakeholders to accelerate access to FAIR and compliant data pan-RED.
• Guide talent decisions and align roadmaps with CS CoE goals.
