Roche seeks a Data Strategy & Analytics Specialist to design and execute data strategies enabling evidence-based decision-making across therapeutic areas. Working under the Data Strategy & Analytics Lead, you will align data strategy with clinical goals, identify key data assets, and support integrated evidence plans.

Strong data science foundations and ability to translate scientific needs into analytical solutions are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience with structured data in research or healthcare.
• Strong background in real-world data (RWD).
• Basic knowledge of R or Python.
• Experience with clinical or operational data systems.
• Ability to translate scientific questions into analytic frameworks.

Mansioni

• Document data strategies and requirements for programs.
• Support data integration and harmonization using templates and standard protocols.
• Contribute to analytic execution for use cases leveraging multi-modal data sources across real-world, clinical, and operational domains.
• Contribute to mapping exercises and data lineage documentation.
• Analyze data structure and support standardization of terminology and metadata.
