Qualifikationen
- :Hands-on maintenance of semiconductor production tools.
- :Experience with ion implanters (AMAT, Nissin, Axcelis).
- Knowledge of electronics, mechanics and pneumatics.
- Experience with metrology tools (Semilab WT-2000).
- Completed technical vocational training in Automation or Electronics.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Strong team player with problem-solving mindset and English proficiency.

- Maintain maximum uptime of semiconductor production tools through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Drive continuous improvement in equipment performance following 6S practices.
- Collaborate with maintenance, process and production teams to meet performance goals.
- Participate in tool upgrades and modernization projects to enhance capability and reliability.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and equipment status.
- Support root-cause analysis and problem resolution for technical issues.
- Train and mentor colleagues in implant maintenance, safety, and best practices.
- Promote a strong safety culture by complying with regulations and procedures.
