You will maintain wet chemical and plasma etch equipment, troubleshoot complex systems, and collaborate with OEM partners to ensure optimal tool performance. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance planning, spare parts management, and close cooperation with engineering, R&D, and operations to meet production goals.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of equipment maintenance experience in semiconductor or similar industries.
• Strong technical knowledge in plasma tools (e.g. AMAT, LAM systems).
• Solid understanding of electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, and vacuum systems.
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment and within shift operations.
• Good communication skills in English (German a plus).

Aufgaben

• Maintain and optimize wet chemical and plasma etch equipment to ensure high availability.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex systems in collaboration with OEM partners.
• Plan and support preventive maintenance activities to improve tool performance.
• Manage spare parts and contribute to equipment upgrades and process improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and operations teams to support production goals.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support data tracking in MES systems.
• Identify and implement improvements in tools, processes, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and promote a safe working environment.
