• Experience planning, implementing, and optimizing maintenance strategies.
• Strong knowledge of Applied Materials 9500/XR200 and Varian VIISTA implant systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong English communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance plans to maximise uptime of ion implanter systems.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to identify and implement improvements enhancing reliability.
• Optimize spare parts management to minimise downtime and costs.
• Partner with production teams to align maintenance with production schedules.
• Work with Process Support Group to address process and tool performance issues.
• Contribute to selection, installation, and commissioning of new equipment.
