The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, preferably with ion implanters, and a strong foundation in electronics, mechanics, and pneumatics. Proficiency in English is required, and willingness to work in shifts is necessary.

As an Implant Maintenance Engineer/Technician, you play a vital role in ensuring the availability, reliability, and continuous improvement of our semiconductor production tool park. Your focus is on the corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance of implant equipment, working cross-functionally to drive safety, productivity, and general tool and workflow optimizations across the production line.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Ensure maximum uptime of semiconductor production tools through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting of implant equipment
• Drive continuous improvement in equipment performance, applying workplace safety and efficiency practices aligned with 6S methodology
• Collaborate closely with other maintenance, process, and production teams to achieve performance goals and optimize line efficiency
• Participate in tool upgrades and modernization projects to enhance tool capability and reliability
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of maintenance activities, equipment status, and system performance
• Support root-cause analysis and problem resolution for technical issues within the team
• Train and mentor colleagues in the areas of implant, safety, and best maintenance practices
• Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, procedures and documentation

Your background

• Hands‑on experience in maintenance of semiconductor production tools
• Solid understanding of electronics, mechanics and pneumatics

• Familiarity with metrology tools for process control (Semilab WT‑2000)
