Qualifikationen

• Experience coordinating between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Knowledge of backlog preparation and sprint planning.

Aufgaben

• Act as coordination point between business stakeholders, the Product Owner and external ServiceNow partners.
• Gather and clarify business requirements with end users and internal teams.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• Support backlog preparation and contribute to sprint organization and follow-up activities.
