Job summary

CLEEVEN is seeking a Senior Document Management & Information Governance Consultant to lead governance initiatives within a regulated environment. You will map document landscapes, define classifications and metadata, and shape a modern Document Management strategy.

Collaboration with business and IT stakeholders will cover QMS, SAP, SharePoint / Microsoft 365, and related systems. You will drive workshops, define workflows, and explore AI-enabled opportunities, contributing to a robust

Qualifications

Experience in document management and information governance within regulated environments.
Strong knowledge of classification, taxonomy, metadata and lifecycle of documents.
Exposure to GMP/GxP settings and controlled document requirements.
Proven workshop facilitation and business analysis skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 / SharePoint and SAP document topics.
Knowledge of AI use cases in document management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead workshops with business teams to formalize document-related needs.
Build and maintain a document catalogue and define metadata schemas.
Define governance rules for storage, ownership, access, and lifecycle.
Determine appropriate systems of record for document types.
Propose simpler, modern approaches and challenge existing practices.
Contribute to document workflows and align with QMS, SAP, and SharePoint solutions.
Identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled document management.
Support stakeholders in adopting governance principles.
