Zusammenfassung

CLEEVEN is seeking a Storage Support Engineer to support clients across Europe on complex data storage environments. You will be a key technical contact, resolve incidents, and contribute to pre-sales discussions.

You will work with Linux servers, analyze storage architectures, and document root causes. Fluency in English is mandatory; French and/or German are advantageous. Rotation may be required.

• Contribute to technical discussions with customers and partners.
• Support sales teams during technical pre-sales activities.
• Present and explain technical concepts, architectures and integration requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and technical documentation.

Your profile:

• Degree or technical education in IT, systems engineering or a related field
• Around 5 years of professional experience in storage, infrastructure or technical support
• Strong hands‑on experience with storage technologies and Linux environments
• Fluent English is mandatory
• French and/or German are considered a strong advantage
• Willingness to participate in support rotations when required
