Qualifikationen

• Experience coordinating between business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Knowledge of backlog preparation and sprint planning.

As part of a strategic initiative within a pharmaceutical environment, we are looking for a ServiceNow Functional Coordinator to support the evolution and delivery of a critical IT platform used across multiple business functions in a highly regulated environment.

This role is positioned between business stakeholders, the Product Owner and external technical partners. We are looking for someone able to understand business needs, coordinate discussions with technical teams and support the delivery of platform enhancements in an Agile environment.
