Job summary

Atlas Copco is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and commissioning of compressors across Switzerland. The role involves on-call standby, travel to customer sites, and delivering service solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

You will start from home and travel within Eastern Switzerland to customer sites, supported by a team and modern tools. A technical qualification and German language skills are essential.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• Valid Category B driving license.
• Experience in a repair environment and customer service is desirable.
• Ability to use digital service and reporting tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and servicing on industrial compressors and related equipment.
• Carry out repairs, overhauls and refurbishments.
• Commissioning of new machines.
• Participate in on-call service organization (standby duty).
• Identify additional customer needs and advise on service solutions, consumables and equipment requirements.
• Document customer observations and forward information to relevant departments.
