Job summary

Atlas Copco in Switzerland is seeking a Service Technician to maintain, repair, and commission industrial compressors across customer sites within your region. You will join a team focused on reliable service and customer satisfaction, traveling to sites from home.

Ideal candidates hold a technical vocational qualification and a valid B license, with German language fluency (C1/C2) and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Technical vocational qualification as above.
• Valid Category B driving license for service vehicle.
• Proficiency with digital service and reporting tools (MS Office).
• Experience in repairs and customer service is a plus.
• Electrical knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and servicing of industrial compressors and accessories.
• Performing repairs, overhauls, and refurbishments.
• Commissioning new machines.
• Participation in the on-call service organization (standby duty).
• Identifying customer needs and advising on service solutions, consumables, and equipment requirements.
• Documenting customer observations and forwarding information to relevant departments.
