Qualifikationen

• University degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• Extensive experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong Workday expertise with Recruiting and ideally VNDLY experience.
• Knowledge of Workday architecture, configuration, security, and integrations.
• Experience managing Workday products in a global organization.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Aufgaben

• Own the product and technical roadmap for Workday Recruiting and Workday VNDLY.
• Drive design, configuration, and continuous improvement of Workday solutions for workforce processes.
• Act as the primary technical SME for Workday Recruiting and VNDLY.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Define and manage product backlog, priorities, and technical requirements.
• Ensure seamless integrations across HR and enterprise ecosystem (Workday HCM, SAP BTP, vendor mgmt).
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Finance, and Tech stakeholders.
• Lead testing, release management, and deployment activities.
• Lead issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate new Workday capabilities and translate to business value.
• Support strategic workforce initiatives including external workforce management.
