Zusammenfassung

Experis Switzerland is seeking a highly experienced Technical Product Owner to lead Workday Recruiting and Workday VNDLY initiatives in a large enterprise environment in Zurich. You will own the product and technical roadmap, drive design and configuration, and serve as the primary technical SME for Workday Recruiting and VNDLY.

You will translate business requirements into scalable solutions, manage backlogs, and ensure seamless integrations with Workday HCM, SAP BTP, and vendor management

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Technical Product Owner or Workday-focused roles in enterprise environments.
• Strong Workday expertise including Workday Recruiting and VNDLY.
• Solid Workday architecture, configuration, security, processes, and integrations.
• Experience evolving Workday products in a global organization.
• Strong knowledge of system integrations and APIs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High ownership, accountability, and customer focus.
• Workday certifications and contingent workforce experience are assets.
• Proficient in English.

Aufgaben

• Own the product and technical roadmap for Workday Recruiting and VNDLY.
• Drive design, configuration, and ongoing improvements of Workday solutions.
• Serve as primary technical SME for Workday Recruiting and VNDLY.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Define and manage product backlog, priorities, and requirements.
• Ensure seamless integrations with HR and enterprise ecosystem (Workday HCM, SAP BTP, vendor mgmt).
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Finance, and Technology stakeholders.
• Lead testing, release management, and deployment activities.
• Lead issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate new Workday capabilities and translate to business value.
• Support strategic workforce initiatives including external workforce programs.
